Love Is

"Love always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."
1 Corinthians 13:7

I am one human being who loves another human being. We are both imperfect because we succumb to the weight of temptation and free will. But we are both loved by God, whose perfect love never wavers or lessens in its bold intensity. My prayer tonight is that God may purify my heart so that the love I share with Brian and with all others is the same, without qualifications or pessimism.
